Truely a boutique hotel
Very friendly owners who were there when needed. Free internet a treat. Complimentary buscuits and bottled water shows that they were not on the cheap.Restocked daily. Room cleaned daily and bed made up. High-quality bedding and the smell of newness made the stay even better and more personal.Walking distance to town centre so car not needed.Food was fresh and large variety even for fussy people like myself.Only the parking is limited on the premesis so check a space is available as street parking was always full.And slightly tricky to find as TomTom does not know the exact address.But worth the hassle.

Really nice welcome,the owners also recommended and booked a great restaurant for us on the saturday night,very friendly and a great breakfast,what more do you need.

"Will be going back"
I booked this Guesthouse for my Ten year wedding anniversary & wasn’t dissappointed. Fantastic place to relax. Great location, just a short walk to the seafront & harbour.Lovely clean & spacious room. Big four poster bed & comfortable living area. Room had digital flatscreen tv & wifi. Owners were very welcoming & friendly. Excellent breakfast with a great choice. Can’t wait for a return visit.
