There are two of these hotels associated with LHR. One is very close to the airport. The other a bit farther away. Easy to get confused as to which one you are booked at. be sure your driver (and you) know which of the two you have your reservation at.

a welcome resting place convenient for Heathrow travel
This friendly,clean hotel near Heathrow was ideal,for my short stay in London .Staff friendly,rooms very comfortable,food reasonably priced and well presented.Only negative was the £4 bus fare between Heathrow and hotel,excessive and i had a long wait at both ends.Was this not a COURTESY bus?
IF travelling to hotel on bus from Heathrow(£4.00),try to find out exact departure times and frequency of service as it seems a bit eratic and a long wait could be avoided.Timetables not displayed at bus stance,waiting room not near-by.
