rome in november
expect to do a lot of walking if you stay in this hotel, although the transport system both bus and metro are cheap and easy to use. I last stayed in rome 4 months ago close to piazza navona which was a much louder location, so we were grateful to get quiter nights. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast very good, a large range including hot scrambled eggs and bacon every day. Our only complaint was the heat in our hotel room, it was stiffling and the air conditioner was useless, we slept with the windows wide open every night. By booking this trip well in advance we saved about 400 euros.

Wonderful
A beautiful City. We travelled on the tour bus for a couple of days and then had a sence of where we were and started to walk everywhere. The Pope came out on a Wednesday 10.30am. St. Peters Church is breathtaking and a visit to the top of the Dome and to the crypt are of worth seeing. The Vatican Museum is fantastic. Trevi Fountain is beautiful, Most of the restaurants and cafes do not mind you using their toilet, just ask. We enjoyed eating at the Zigatoni If you want free internet, go for a coffee at Magnolia in Campo Dilfiori Worth having a look around the old town called Trastevere, lovely old roads and lots of restaurants.
