Good location. Not 4 star!
The hotel is conveniently located to a number of interesting locations. However, it does not have the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. And the front desk service was too dependent on who was on duty. There was no bellman to carry bags to rooms not accessible by lift, and the hotel buffet was marginal for a 4 star hotel. Think 3 star and you will be happy!

A very venecian atmosphere
A quiet nightborhood, close to San Marco, Rialto and Accademia. Labyrinthic streets make every walk a funny challenge. The hotel served a nice breakfast. And for lunch and dinner the aerea is surrounded by lots cafees and restaurants. Your live in the heart of Venice.

Perfect Stay
The hotel has a very unique position in venice. Unlike other 4* hotels it enjoys being on a big street, have a courtyard, and space. the only thing lacking is food during the day, otherwise, it is great
