Staff was very friendly
Had a slight problem with first room and was changed to a new one with no problems

Convient location
This hotel is very new, was clean and comfortable for our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioner; the fan never goes off. Other than that, the location is very convient to shopping, many resturants, and freeway access. The staff was very friendly, and helpful.
