Comfortable Family Stay
My family did a road trip to Toronto and didn’t feel like staying downtown. We picked up an amazing deal on Expedia and this hotel was recommended for families. I agree entirely with the recommendation. For the price, the stay here is practically unbeatable. We had a family suite with bunk beds on one side and a King Bed on the other. The room was really nice and we felt spoiled. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for the family and we had a great stay. The hotel lobby staff was extremely courteous and helpful even printing directions to a local mall for us. The hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner and the waitstaff was superb. It was an entirely different experience at breakfast, however. The food was bad and we were basically ignored. We had only two minor issues - no Sunday newspaper & the coffee shop closed at 10:30 a.m.

Good overall
Nicely maintained lobby, good service. Room is clean. The mattress and pillow can be better however. Had a problem with checking in, they gave me the wrong type of room (1 bed rather than 2. Though it was a more expensive room, it was not suitable for me with only 1 bed.
