Not impressed
Be prepared to take your own bath/shower soap and for room air conditioning not to work. More than 3 persons breakfasting together will be relegated from dining room to the self-serve dining annex in the chapel. Hot food is served on cold plates with poor table service. 5 stars obviously awarded for the magnificent venue - otherwise expect 2 to 3 star service.

Great but level of service soured visit
Fabulous building and grounds however on many occaisions sadly let down by sloppy service and attitude of some of the staff. I’m not fussy but was taken aback by the way we were spoken to at times and requests not completed, though not all bad some staff were very helpful and friendly.
