Don’t go here if you want friendly service
This hotel was chosen because it was close to the Reliant Stadium. We checked in after an overnight drive and headed to our room, only to find that we were not given the suite that we had booked. When we went back to the counter to let them know, the person behind the counter could not find our information from Expedia to confirm. Luckly, I had the print out to verify what we had purchased. They did not have any suites available. After going to the back to speak with who I assume was the manager (who never came out) they decided to comp us another room during our stay. No one ever said they were sorry for the mistake. The couple of times that I inquired about anything, the staff seemed uninformed and uninterested in taking care of their customers. The rooms were clean and fine for what they were. If it were not for the problems that we had with the staff, it would have been a pleasant experience.

Close to Reliant Stadium
This hotel wasn’t a real upscale hotel, but it wasn’t bad for the price. It is a short walking distance to Reliant Stadium (home of the Houston Texans), also it did a decent complimentary breakfast and it did have a Shonies (?) resturant next door. I would recommend this hotel.

Needs Improvement
First off I didn’t get the room I booked for. I booked a King room non-smoking...I got a smoking double room. I may be letting the fact that I was sleeping in an ashtray cloud further judgement. This hotel was very convenient to the Reliant center where I was attending a conference as well as to several nice places to eat.
