Seneca Hotel
The hotel is in a really convenient location for those who are planning on shopping the Magnificent Mile. Also, it is close to the Cheesecake Factory. We put our name on the waiting list, and since we had to wait 45 mins, we went back to out hotel room and watched tv to pass the time. Included in our reservation was a complimentary breakfast at the hotels cafe. It was a delicious meal. Coffee, hash browns, eggs, meat, and either toast or pancakes. The sun deck viewing area was closed for the season, but it looked like a nice little place to sit and relax. The room was clean. We didnt use the kitchen much, just the fridge. It is probably a little bit too small to do any extensive cooking, but nice to keep things cool, or warm something up quickly. Overall, definitely a hotel Id go back to!

Very impressed
Ive stayed in Chicago many times for both pleasure and business and had never heard of The Seneca. My husband attended a conference in Chicago and this trip was booked by his employer. Though I’d not heard of the hotel, I knew the location would be wonderful, perfect for Magnificent Mile shopping, with easy CTA access to other destinations I’d enjoy visiting. We got great service from the staff, the rooms were spacious and clean. We utilized the exercise facility, which was small but adequate. The only negative thing I could say is that the business center does not provide free computer access. There is a minimum charge of $3 and a per minute rate. For those who do not want to travel with a laptop, but want to check-in for a flight, this was an inconvenience.
