Clean with good service.
Great hotel, I had issues with the internet service and the staff was not able to help. I was charged 15 pounds a day for this service and it never worked consistently. All else was great.

Cambridge was an amazing city with so much history and incredible architecture.

Next time I need to stay in Cambridge thats where I’ll be
From the moment I checked in, I felt looked after but not crowded. The staff were friendly, courteous and very professional, and also invisible unless I wanted them. My room which was a standard double was large, airy, came with its own sofa and seating area, and was well maintained and clean. I really felt at home. My evening meal in the bar was also of the highest standard. I may need to go back next month to Cambridage and this is definitely where I will be staying. oh, also it has a spa and beauty treatments open till late
