Ideally located
Hotel is ideally located in Wenceslas Square - easily walkable all over town, as we did and suffered for it...in a nice way! Hotel staff are pleasant, but can be a bit slow at attending. Rooms are pleasantly comfortable but can get a bit hot - windows do open - use them! Beware in bathroom - thermostat on the wall is for the shower’s hot water - make sure you turn it on! Good value for money. Breakfast is ok - hot and cold food. Would recommend!
Not the cheapest place in Europe, so take lots of dosh!

Couldn’t find a better hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights last week and we were really impressed with the freindly staff and excellent service. The hotel is in the centre of the square so everything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, no question. Just one inconvenience, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, would have been nice. Otherwise everything was perfect.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars off the main streets where the drink and food is both excellent and very reasonable. Don’t stick to the main streets if you want to save some money.
