Friendly and Helpful
The staff at The Pand were very helpful and only too ready to advise on the local area and general advise on how to maximise our stay in Bruges. Our room although quite small, was neat, clean and to a high standard. I would certainly stay again and the hotel is well located.

Superb service, ideal location
The PAND is comfortable, quiet and very close to the key museums and galleries in Bruges. The service at the front desk and in the breakfast room is friendly and superbly efficient (in English and several other languages). They serve great breakfasts and book you into good restuarants for dinner. My only difficulty was clambering into the bath for a shower, but younger people will have no trouble.
