Great stay for 4th of July weekend
My husband, daughter and I stayed very comfortably in the standard room for a pretty affordable price. I thought for the location being 20 minutes away from Galveston it should’ve been a bit less costly, but it was a much better rate than the awful hotels on Galveston Island (not all of the hotels are awful, but some of them really are.) When we visit again, we’ll probably stay here. They had a great continental breakfast for free (actually hot meals!) and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time! Also close to the Kemah boardwalk, which is a must-see.

It was good overall
The hotel was nice with friendly service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with clean linens. However, the beds were a little hard and the pillows were not very supportive, which caused some aches in the back and neck. The breakfast was decent. I have been in better places, but a lot worst as well. Would I go back?? Actually, probably so, but I would bring a pillow.
