Not real impressed
My original room was at top of the stairwell, there was a wash room with washers and dryers adjacent to my room and this area was not closed off, went into room and could hear the washers and dryers from inside the room, requested another room. This room had a musty smell to it, i decided to stay didnt get much sleep due to being able to hear the TV sets from the surrounding rooms also the ceiling above would creek when the people in the room above walked around

Never again
We arrived at 9 pm and our room was not ready though check in was 3 o’clock. I was made to wait 40 minutes in the ’lobby’ with a 6 month old and eventually yelled at the housekeeping staff directly to get my room clean. It was not to say the least. Deskstaff was rude and overall it was pretty miserable.
