Good Basic Accommodations
If you are looking for high-class luxury, then this place is not for you. It does offer good basic accommodations that are easy on your wallet. The room was on the small size, but perfectly OK for two people. The refrigerator and two burner stove allowed us to save money by having breakfast in and keeping lunch meat cold for sandwiches. There were also gas grills that could be used as well. The people who ran the place were very hospitable and helpful. The pool was large with multiple water heights. The location is nice and quiet away from the bridge and the heart of town. The wide open, uncrowded beach was about a 5 minute walk. The movie theater was one block away and Charley’s restaurant (went there twice) was great with their price fixed menu. The Publix grocery store was about 1 ˝ miles away and very convenient. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
Do not miss Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Charley’s Restaurant and Fish Monger were good in Ft. Myers as well as Blue Giraffe on Sanibel.

Relaxing & Enjoyable
Owners are very friendly, make you feel at home. They provided everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach. Beautiful view of the dock from our room.

Cool Place!
Get a room in the back and you’re right at sea wall. Also, good beach access right across the street. The walk to beach is just as easy as beach side hotels. I will stay there again next year.
