Great location

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and loved the location. Within walking distance to the duomo, Uffitzi museumn and of course the Arno River. A wonderful breakfast served on the top floor with a great view to start the day with. Rooms were simple yet comfortable. Coffee available in the lobby 24 hours/day which was unusual for Italy. The tub/shower was high and a person with handicaps would have difficulty getting in and out. Not a great view from our room but we weren’t there in the daytime anyway. The staff called a cab for us to the airport and true to their report it was there in 3 minutes. I am picky about the hotels/B&B’s we stay in and would definitely return to this one. We walked from the bus station to our hotel with our suitcase and it was doable but if not in good shape would be stressful because of the narrow (or nonexistent) sidewalks and busy streets.

Highly recommend

We loved this hotel. It is not only perfectly located but we had a nice view from our fourth floor room, it was quiet and the view from the terrace where we ate breakfast (included) was outstanding. Combine that with the reasonable cost and we would stay there again if we were to return. We would highly recommend this hotel to any of our family or friends traveling to Florence.
