Excellent place to stay

Location excellent for Chessington world of adventure, hotel quality excellent, very modern, well furnished, well equipped for families. Good food. Will stay again.

Great Location, and Service, but BAD experience.

This was a very nice hotel, the location to the train was fantastice, our rooms were nice and well kept, but after getting charged by Expedia and then the hotel proceeding to charge me again for my room, Ive been left with a sour taste in my mouth. They told me Expedia just "holds the room". This is of course very wrong, and took over a week to get set right on my Visa bill. I still recommend the Hotel, just make sure they DONT get a chance to charge you twice.
