Very handy for the Apollo
Booked an overnight stay as we were going to a concert at the Apollo for which it is ideally located. Room was clean, quiet and a good size. Service in both the bar and at breakfast was poor. In the bar we sat down and ordered drinks and food. The waitress twice stopped pouring our drinks to serve people who had come in and stood at the bar. Breakfast might have been alright but most of the dishes were empty or nearly empty and what was there was barely warm which isn’t very good for £17.50 each.
Stay there but don’t bother to eat or drink there.

Real good large London hotel
If you have an early flight out of Heathrow, stay here and use the Piccadilly line on the tube (Hammersmith stop). Easy commute 30 minute ride for a few bucks. Hotel was efficient, clean, modern. Breakfast was generous. Really all things good.

Get disconnected
If you want to stay disconnected this is your hotel. Wi-fi doesn’t reach all rooms, wired connection didn’t work properly and was incredibly expensive. Computers at the Business Center, the only way I found to get connected, run a locked down application, not a real browser standing in your way for most of the tasks.
