Wondeful and restful retreat
This hotel was conveniently located a short distance from the U-Bahn stop. Also a convenient taxi stop is directly in front of the hotel. The service from the front desk to the restaurant was fabulous. I had a very restful stay and was happy with the service and multilingual staff. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Everything Perfect
This hotel is better than the higher priced, well-known major-name hotel a block away. The Radisson offer free wifi (beats paying 20 Euro a day at the other place). The room is bigger. The neighborhood is quite pleasant. You are a very short walk to the U78 / U79 streetcar line which takes you either downtown or towards the Congress Center and the Aquazoo. There are pleasant, nearby places to eat. The staff is very friendly and multi-ligual. Breakfast was a great deal; a wide variety and all good. In short, it was everything you would expect at this price point; a sumptuous lobby, impeccable staff, big room, creature comforts, good food, and free wifi.

Don’t Be Fooled - It’s a good location!
Only 4 Stops away from the magnificent "Old Town" (the tourist part) of Dusseldorf and 8 Stops away from the Dusseldorf Hauptbanhof (the main station) on the U79 tram (costing 2.20€) This fantastic hotel has everything a lesuire or business traveller needs from free wifi in the room, to a comfy lounge and nice restaurant. The only slight issue we had was slow service in the lounge and the fact that the hotel bar (which was lovely) only opened on new years eve for a couple of hours and was closed for the rest of our stay. The staff in the hotel were absolutely excellent and the room service was second to none with a 24 hour limited food and drinks service. I would most certainly stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Dusseldorf
