Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful decor, lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable. We had a gorgeous window seat with massive cushions to sit on whilst sipping a glass of wine - very romantic! The hotel was a little hard to find, even with sat nav, but when we got there the staff were really friendly and helpful, although they only spoke basic English. Breakfast was included in the room, and was lovely, although the dining room was a little bit quiet. I felt I had to whisper to the person next to me whilst talking. The room service and restuarant prices were really high, but there are plenty of great local restaurants within walking distance so that wasn’t too much of a problem. I’d definitely use this hotel again when staying in Segovia.

friendly, efficient, a fully loaded breakfast. Exceptionally helpful reception staff who assisted in obtaining outside help for faulty hire car, and notified us on our return on left mobile telephone. would absolutely return.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
away from the noise of the centre of town and a quick walk all the way down to the centre along the acquaduct. next door convent a must to visit, only 2 euros per person.

excellent hotel in good location
We had two nights in this hotel, the room was excellent, the staff very helpful and the architecture and room fittings high quality. The included brakfast was varied and we ate one night in the retaurant whee the quality of the food matched the prices. We would certainly stay there again.

Eat in the Plaza Majot only if you want ambiance at the cost of authentic, reasonably priced food.
