Very tidy and clean place and well located
The hotel is in the Salamanca sector which is the residential and commercial area,in this area, very close to the largest park in Madrid the Retiro, very well conected to the Metro stations, within a 15 min walk to the Puerta de Alcala, bus stops,restaurants,churches,deparment stores, etc.,the hotel offers the information of tours to the most interesting places in Madrid

If you stay in this hotel you will enjoy the quietness at night ,Madrid downtown is a few metro stations from all the night life , itnis in a safety place to came back at night. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, very helpful and courteous

Great room for the money, but...
The location isn’t bad but, it’s a little of a walk to the metro.

Easy location, very dated
This hotel was easy to get to, but is past its prime. The room had fabric walls that were fairly stained, not a clean feeling. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient but pricey.
