Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. good rail access to downtown Bremen, helpful front desk staff.

old fasion
Staff attitude is not friendly druing the checked in and checked out. When I check-in, the staff just told us when to use breakfast and did not mention that our stay did not include breadkfast and let me feel that the breakfast is include. I only realised when the staff asked as to pay. I felt the staff is not fully trained and should remind the custom.

Convenient and roomy
The hotel is on the tram route and the rooms were very large. The kitchen in the room was locked but the staff opened it immediately when asked. Every staff member we talked to did their best to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make our stay comfortable. There was no alarm clock in the room but the staff provided a 3:30 am wake up call (knock on the door) as requested.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Tram right outside the front door is relatively inexpensive, fairly easy to learn, and provides easy access to all of Bremen.
