Le Centre Sheraton, Montreal
Great location, only a few minutes walk from St Catherine’s. Staff were very helpful and polite. Bathroom had a ceiling tile missing, which looked messy, but since it didn’t affect anything I didn’t report it. However, I did get an apologetic phone message from the front desk saying the housekeeping staff has reported it and they would switch me to another room and to get in touch. Since I was only staying one extra night I didn’t bother, but good to know they are proactive in looking after their guests rather than waiting for people to complain. I marked them down slightly on the condition for that, but the rest of the hotel was well looked after. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great Staff & wonderful pillows
The hotels staff was very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, the Metro, Magill University. Nice amenities, cafe & bar. I was joining a group tour a few days later and there was no problem with me keeping the same room.

Their prices are just out of any justification. I was interrupted several times in my room. Honesty, was not a good experience
