Not good!
This hotel was not much for the money they charged. The rooms were outdated and worn. It really wasn’t a very nice room. It was noisy late into the evening also and then again early the next morning. There didn’t seem to be any insulation or the walls must have been very thin!

not bad for one night
This part of Redding hosts ’motel row" This place is not a bad place to stop for a night. I was surprised how quiet it actually was. The pool area needs more shade, but we enjoyed having pool and hot tub. The restaurant on site is decent, has some interesting fare, and the breakfast buffet was included. It is fairly easy to get to Turtle bay and the sundial bridge from here.

Pool was an oasis for the kids
The boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I took them in the mornings and evenings and while there one morning witnessed its maintenance. Certainly it is the best maintained pool for this class of hotel..was obvious the gentlemen took pride in their work.
