Run Down
This Hotel is an older, poorly maintained budget hotel. The rooms smelled poorly and our refrigerator didn’t work. There was a large Dog that appeared to belong to another guest that roamed the picnic area and parking lot freely,all the time, which we did not appreciate. a poor choice/bad value

Decent Room
This is a decent place for when you need a place to sleep and bathe. It looks fairly nice from the outside. On the inside, some renovations have been made but they definitely cut corners. The room was clean though. They have a great view and a dock to walk out on over the creek. The lady at the desk was very helpful when we were trying to find a convention center. She even printed out directions for us.
