Great room for the money
The hotel service leaves a lot to be desired, as I did not see a single employee the entire two day stay. But the location and room itself were amazing, and made this hotel very worth the price paid.

Great place for the cost
Our room was very inexpensive and was a nice apartment with a full kitchen, a futon couch with TV and a queen size bed. The bathroom was very nice and the furnishings and light in the room were comfortable. A very nice stay, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec City, especially if bringing your family. The proprietor speaks very little english, though, so you’ll need a little French to get your keys.

Perfect if you like/prefer to take care of things yourself.
Clean room, great location, and it was nice to have a kitchen. Follow the previously given advice of obtaining your key from the mailbox and you’re good to go. I didn’t see anyone that ran the place the whole time, but that was fine by me since I had everything I needed.
