Providence Experience
I don’t particularly care to stay in hotel/motels I find them uncomfortable, noisy and inconvenient. However my stay at the Residence Inn in Middletown was remarkable for one reason and that was the world-class customer service provided by the staff. I was there to participate in a commissioning ceremony @ the Navy base and when and if I return that is where I will stay.
Dress properly and anticipate a stiff breeze coming off the bay

Great Stay
This hotel has great service and amenities and is very close to Newport. They had a hot dog social and made a special trip to the grocery store to buy my family vegetarian burgers since we don’t eat hot dogs. I was very impressed. My family of 5+ stayed in the 2 bedroom suite.

Absolutely beautiful hotel
The room was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and even called me to let me know that a room was a available and that I could check-in four hours early. I would highly recommend this hotel.
