great location for an affordable price
convenient location; good, reliable shuttle service to the airport. clean rooms. However, shuttle service hours for early morning flights (that starts after 5:00 am only) and quite an expensive breakfast make this hotel not as an attractive deal as it might have been.

Good quality but price gouging
We made 2 calls to the airport to inquire about lost baggage (the airport, HAM, was 1 mile away) and were charged one Euro per minute -- far far more than this call cost the hotel. It was a nasty surprise at checkout. Also, breakfast was okay but at 17 Euros a person was on the expensive side. Otherwise okay.
