Great location
Hotel was two short blocks from airport bus stop. Hotel is right in downtown Bergen and close to the tourist bureau and many points of interest and museums. Free access to computer in lobby. Close to the harbor where we caught our cruise ship. Not as fancy as some of the bigger hotels, but quite adequate

great position
Lovely hotel in a very central location. It is one of the cheaper ones in Bergen....u will need the spare cash as food/drink is very expensive around the city....it includes a very basic breakfast but because it is delivered to your room you can use it as a packed lunch as we did. It is above a noisy football pub but this is only when local team are playing and it wasnt as bad as other reviews have made out. Staff helpful and free wireless in the room was a bonus.
Art galleries in Bergen are wonderful and one of the cheapest activities to visit. It is under publicised but at only approx £6 you can easily while away an afternoon looking at the wide range of art on offer, and the price includes entry to all three of the exhibition centres all on the same road by the lake.
