Fair
Stayed there for 5 days. The room we got was a bit dirty, the wood floors were squeaky. The hotel was pretty quiet. If I was to go back to Canada I would probably stay at a different hotel. Its ok for one time. Not too far from the falls, maybe 2 or 3 blocks away. Be aware this hotel will not serve you breakfast on your last day.

Not Impressed
The steam shower was a nice perk in the room. The Consierge was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff seemed preoccupied with other things to the point when you needed to ask them a question, it seemed as if you were bothering them. The room should have been cleaned better. There was dust so think on the blinds that you could write on them and there were smudges on the mantle that were there when we checked in and remained throughout our stay.
Restaurants in the area are VERY expensive. Even the simple everyday places you would go to at home are unbelievably high in their pricing. Be prepared.

Something different
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is different from most others, it is not cookie cutter. The decor is euro-modern, but warm and cozy. The room was very large as was the steam shower. The fireplace added to the coziness as did the wood floors and wood beams. The hotel is off the main strip, but just a short walk away. We enjoyed the Antica Pizzeria just down the road, excellent food and service. The breakfast served in the room was a great way to start your day, fresh and yummy. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and our stay in Niagara Falls.
