Great Hotel! Perfect for Cruise travelers!
This hotel was great! Very "hip" and had a great vibe! Next to the train station, mall and a close taxi ride from the Magala port if you are going on the cruise ships! Only 15 minutes walk from the heart of the city, the historic buildings, shops and more. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Staff was great, the all spoke English very well. Bathrooms were rroomy and modern. You will love it!

Excelent Hotel but:
The Hotel is excellent, the personnal plus plus. It is a shame that the construction around the train terminal where the hotel is located is almost impossible to reach the hotel. But after you get there everything is wonderful. It is a temporary situation. Parking is available on the train terminal, and the hotel validate your ticket so it is free. The terminal is full of restaurants and cinemas, actually you do not need to go out at all. Great

Central Malaga
Barcelo Malaga is part of the new railway station in central Malaga. Ideal base from which to tour the local area. Rail prices very reasonable and on time. The airport can be accessed by the local railway at a very low cost per person, with access straight from or into the hotel, brilliant. The rooms and public areas are very modern and good quality furnishings throughout. A little supprised to find no visable bar and the staff seem to magically appear, but service was good. This part of Malaga is somewhat run down but they do seem to be trying to improve. Close to the shopping centres and eating places. Will deffinately go again
