Don´t stay on second floor

Rooms are big, confortable, bf is ok, juice, coofe, baggles and cereals, basic but ok. Did not have refrigerator or microwave on rooms, what whas bad because I was expecting it to save some money. Don´t stay on the second floor, because there´s no elevator and it´s terrible to carry your bags stais down. Ask for a firts floor room and you will be ok. The hotel local is just perfect, close to all major Orlando attractions, ther´s a redlobster, wndeys, 7-11 and other dining options within walking distance. For the price we payed, it was a nice deal.

Great Staff, Good Value, Convenient to Universal and I-Drive

Must brag on front desk person, Alberto! Spoke to him twice on the phone on our way to the property and he was polite and super helpful. When we arrived, he was even nicer in person and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Every hotel could benefit greatly from an employee like Alberto! The property was clean, and in good shape overall. There is a Denny’s just in front of it, but that was under construction during our stay. Food was no problem though as hotel sits just off Internation Drive tourist area where there is anything one could dream of eating! Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were okay. Two minor complaints are the layout of the toilet in the bathroom is odd with a flimsy seat, and the non-smoking room had been overdosed with some MEGA-STRONG room deodorizer that took your breath away with the perfume smell. Your nose eventually got used to the scent, but each time you walked back into the room, it would hit you face! Hotel is just around corner from Universal Studios and has a FREE morning shuttle and two afternoon pickup shuttles back. If you miss or dont want to wait for the afternoon shuttle (the lot was confusing) taxi’s are right there and under 10 bucks back to hotel - which is cheaper than the parking garage charges and saves you walking.

Use the FREE shuttle to take you to Universal Studios in the morning and back. If you miss it coming back, taxi’s are there at bus stop and cheap. Parking at Universal is a hassle and expensive, so the shuttle is GREAT - plus it saves your feet some walking from the garage!

Good clean basic hotel

We were very satisfied with the general condition and service of the hotel and staff. The breakfast was a basic hotel freebe. The pool was excellent, very large,clean with towels supplied. Could have used a fridge in the room, but for the price it was a great deal..(for Orlando). My only concern was that one of the security doors did not lock. It was that way all week....We would stay again...loved that pool

Take your own food and drinks to the parks if you can. All of the parks are very very expensive. We paid $7.50 for a hot dog in one park but they’re all the same. TIP...Double your spending cash when you build your Orlando vacation budget.
