Misunderstanding I guess
Upon checking in, I inquired about the possibility of a delayed check out the next day due to the timing of our event. I was informed at that time a 2 PM check out was ok, but I would need to check with the desk next morning to see about the 3-4PM check out I requested. Upon calling the front desk the next morning, I was quite rudly informed that not only was a 3PM check out out of the question, but my party needed to be checked out of both rooms by noon ... period. No debate on this?
