very enjoyable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco, very friendly staff who were always willing to help in any way. Our room provided everything we needed, lovely bathroom and towels changed every day. Clean and comfortable. Fridge and safety deposit box provided at no extra charge. We used the swimming pool in the neighbouring hotel and the service and facilities there were excellent. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate although we did not have our evening meal there as it was expensive. Just a 5 minute walk to the train station and 2 minutes through the park to the shops. We would definitely go back.

Really nice hotel
for a basic hotel this was great, might not be everyones cup of tea and maybe not a long stay hotel, but the rooms were clean and tidy with all clean linen, ideal for an overnight stop, the breakfast was continental and a nice selection. If i have another overnight stop in this area i will certainly use this hotel again.

Perfect location b/w Pisa and Florence
We were looking for a hotel between Pisa and Florence and Hotel San Marco was just it. Located in a small town right off the highway. It was within walking distance to the train station which took us to Pisa and Florence. For a family of four, the room was a bit small and walls were very thin. I heard conversations every morning from the hallway but it was ok because we needed to get up anyway and for the location and price it was ok. The staff was one of the most helpful I’ve seen to this day.
