Good Value for money
Hotel was good value for money and generally clean. The staff seemed very young but were very keen and eager to please. Breakfast was a bit disorganised, although I think we were late and it was very busy, however the team did again did their best to make sure we got something as there wasn’t a great deal left. On the less than positve side, the bedside lamps in our room needed dusting and we were only provided with one hand towel and one bath towel for 2 people. More sachets of coffee, only 2, would also be nice. Would use this hotel again.
Star City is a short walk away and has lots of choice of restaurants if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.

A pleasant surprise
The car par was empty when we arrived and we thought it was closed at first. Rooms very nice and clean, bathroom great. Only downside was although we had asked for a twin and double, they gave us 2 doubles so had to change it and then couldn’t get 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t participate in the restuarant or bar so can’t comment, but reception staff very helpful. Close to cinema/restaurants/casino complex.

one night in Birmingham!
Hotel was very new and clean the room was more than enough for one nights stay and the shower was excellent. The only thing i would have liked is some information about the restaurant in the room so that I knew what was on offer.
