Great Service
We were in Seattle for a long weekend visit and had a wonderful experience at the Westin. I was most impressed with the high level of service by the entire staff. Great Job.

I thought Chicago was the windy city
Anyone comtemplating staying at this hotel needs to know that when the weather is poor, the whole hotel creaks in the wind and it makes sleeping difficult. This is an aging hotel built in a 70s style, comprising two circular towers. These seem to sway in the wind, causing the unsettling creaking noises. This is obviously one of Westins older hotels, and doesnt really meet modern expections. With the exception of the Westin Heavenly Bed, which was up to the normal standard. Another problem was that the hotel had no proper restaurant open when I was there, only bar snacks and a cafe. Strange for a hotel in the centre of downtown in a major US city.
