A Hidden Gem!
This is the place to be in Marrakech if you can find the right deal! You’ll be greeted with a smile, probably by Nadia, who is extremely welcoming and warm. Muhammad is overly helpful and went to extremes to make our stay as comfortable as possible, throughout our stay. He’s a true professional! B/fast included, they offered a good variety of hot and cold food; it’s more like a full English b/fast though so much more than we expected. Room staff were extremely honest, returning any forgotten items as soon as possible. The hotel itself is a real stunner as soon as you enter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to say the rooms and facilities match and exceed many 5* hotels. Great location...just 10-15 mins walk from the main square, or you can take a taxi for just 20 dirhams. Overall, just too pleased!
Take an iron with you, or better than that, there’s a ironing shop about 50 yards up the street, which costs about 3 dirhams per item.

Oasis away from the madness!
Extremely good hotel, once you enter the hotel the quietness compared to the noisyness of Marrakesh is awesome, well reccomended

lovely but not for the lively
This was the 4th Riad I had stayed at in Marrakesh. The place is beautiful, staff brilliant, breakfast and evening meals fantastic. Location was a reasonable 20min walk to the main jem-el-fna square. Down side was I booked this specifically as it had a heated pool and this was not working. Also there are lots and lots of "do not" signs and rules which tended to create an athmosphere of akin to a library. Most guests whispered. Most riads in marrakesh have roof terraces to sit out in. this one didnt as it is near the royal palace. the sit out area was therefore around the pool. This would be fine except the whole area was "closed down" by way of stacking all seats onto the tables to discourage using the area after dark, leaving no where to sit out in the evening. If this was amended I would stay here again.
Even if you havent been to Marrakesh before, say you have to the multiple young men who stop you to but stuff. It works a treat!
