OK for a short stay
The hotel is in the middle of Jesmond with lots of pavement cafes / restaurants etc. I was worried about night time noise but the hotel was very quiet and I didn’t have a disturbed nights sleep at all. The room service for breakfast was good. It always arrived at the time requested. The reception staff were really helpful. Will use this hotel again when I go back to the North East.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
Leave your car at the hotel if you can and use the Metro. It’s very cheap and easy to get around. There is security at the hotel but I just checked my car every day and made sure there was nothing "on show"

great location
Very handy for Osborne road bars and restaurants.Very comfy hotel room. Reception and stair carpets shabby and detract from quality of hotel. Front rooms can be noisy. Fab breakfast.
