A great hotel
We had a great time here. We had a very large business event here but we never felt crowded or rushed. They did a great job accommodating our needs. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and very well maintained. The pool and the jacuzzi were very clean at all hours but they close too early. The shuttle to/from the airport was quick and comfortable. The staff were very kind in keeping our luggage after checkout time so we could spend the day in Phoenix before going back to the airport. If there was any negatives to this hotel it would be that the bar is in the lobby, very understaffed , no real space to sit and relax with friends and it closes at 11:00PM. We were trying to watch the baseball playoffs and the very small TV in the bar made it difficult for everyone to watch. Also, the hotel is located such that you cannot walk to any other restaurants or stores in the area. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Great
We stayed at the Marriott Phoenix Airport because we had an early flight the next morning. We had booked a room with two queen beds and a balcony. We got a room with one king bed. Upon notifying the front desk, they immediately gave us the room with the two queen beds. The room was very clean, the beds so comfortable and the room service was friendly,quick and efficient. Very, very nice stay.

Loved the comforable bed
