First room TOO small
Hotel was in a great location for walking to historic sites (Leaning tower, Duomo, Bapistry), as well as shopping, the Arno, etc. Checking in was a sligh surprise when the room provided was so small, our suitcases didn’t fit in it. I had to upgrade, for a somewehat reasonable rate, and the room was very nice and roomy (and what was seen in pictures on the hotel’s website). Wish they still had the small bar in hotel operating.

Ideal stopover
We have been looking for a new "stopover" hotel in Pisa for some time as we use the airport a lot. This small hotel was ideal, near the Campo dei Miracoli, good service & breakfast and a better than expected room, small but perfectly formed.Facilities will be even better when/if the bar opens. We peeked & bigger rooms than ours exist. We will certainly revisit as we were more than satisfied.

A good base camp simple and central
We (25yrs old couple) used this hotel as a base for a short break to Pisa. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite. The hotel itself lacks a presence of reception or staff with all enquiries taking place at the sister (more expensive) hotel 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was very palatable. The central location is excellent for exploring but a bit loud at night when the heat means sleeping with the windows open. Taxi to the airport costs 15 EURO. I would use this hotel again for a budget trip to explore the area further.
