Would come back again
Liked the hotel though was out most of the day at conference. Facilities seemed very good for business people, and would have liked time to go to the spa. Staff were very polite and helpful, room service speedy, and everything very clean.
Free shuttle taxi morning and evening to Canary Wharf where the Thames Clippers leave from, which were good value for getting into the centre of London quickly.

Great hotel
Very nice new hotel with great design in the rooms. Very good! Though it is a bit far to the nearest tube station. Great value in the weekends!

Juat to clarify - we do operate a complimentary shuttle service on weekday morning’s and evening’s that goes to and from Canary Wharf. Additionally when there are engineering works taking place on the Jubilee Line at the weekend we offer out guest’s a complimentary boat transfer to and from the O2 arena! Very impressive - shame its so far from central London
After finding the best way to get to Canary wharf and tehna ctualyl finding the hotel itself all I wanted to do was go home. But I am so glad I didn’t as the hotel was oustanding, very mnodern, stylish and very friendly staff. The hotel was amazing to walk around the surrounding area is very nice,safe and clean. The views of the O2 are incredible and the whole area at night is stunning. The Spa and restaurant were superb and highly recommended. Rooms are very comfortable with shower and bath. I would definitley reccomend this htoel to anyone so long as you don’t mind the location being so far out,
There is only a nice little bistro/pizza place on the edge of the complex, or the hotel restaurant itself. There is no where for any other food without a 30 min walk or journey back into central London
