Absolutely great until the $60 charge for self-parking
The price, location, room, and pool were great. There is great shopping nearby, multiple outdoor pools and a bar, the room was clean and spacious, we had a view of the ocean and walked right onto the beach from the pool decks. We had no complaints and were all set to return until I went to check out and I had been charged around $60 to self-park for 4 days. Luckily, I noticed and questioned the charges. Turns out, I had been double billed for parking every day. My recommendation: stay here but study the bill!

Outstanding Condo, however 2 complaints...
This condo was amazing. Brand new!!! This was my first time in Myrtle Beach and I heard that North Myrtle Beach was much more quiet, which is what I was looking for. The Condo was spacious. We had an ocean view from the side on the 22nd floor (24 floors in total). King bed, very nice size frig, micro and sink (silverware and bowls/cups were there are well). My wife and I were very pleased when our room was cleaned (we were on the condo side, so we did not expect cleaning sevice like at the hotel) Our two biggest complaints were not a huge deal, but it’s the reason I did not give it a full 5 stars. One, there was only three elevators for 24 floors with about 12 separate condos on each floor. At check in time, there was a ridiculous line just to get into the elevator...slightly annoying. The only other complaint I had was that if you wanted to onto the beach, you had to pay a lot of money each day to rent chairs. This however is not the condos fault as it is a rule for that county. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and we would definately go back next summer.
