Good value for money.
Overall this property offers good value for money however, I get the feeling that it is much more geared towards the stag and hen nights which stay here during the weekends rather than the business traveller. The apartments are comfortable, smart and have everything you need. Unfortunately cleanliness leaves something to be desired as my sheets had marks on them and the kitchen most certainly needed a decent clean. These things aside, when you take in to account the fact that you are being given double the space of a hotel room, have the luxury of a appartment, secure parking, quiet location and friendly staff I really wouldnt consider staying anywhere else as this is top value for money.

Better than I expected!
Pleasantly surprised with the apartment, modern, stylish, well equipped with everything we needed (including peace and quiet!) Our stay was during the week so dont know if weekends are any different. Free secure parking was also a bonus.
We travelled from Scotland to attend hospital in Newcastle for a few days. This gave us a home from home and a place to relax in the evenings.

Very nearly
A suite of rooms... really nicely designed rooms (real art on the walls rather than generic prints, wonderfully modern bathroom design, etc.)... secure car park... and all for the same price as a manky Travel Lodge room! This should be five stars, awesome value, glowing recomendation... but it isnt. Unfortunately, once you contend with the broken lift, the broken swipe-card reader (so desk staff had to be fetched to help each guest get to the rooms, leading to grumpy staff), the broken toilet roll holder (leading to the toilet roll repeatedly falling off and rolling away across the floor), the desk chair designed more for looks than to be sat on for work... its hard to be quite so enthusiastic.. The concept may be great, but the details need more work! So - good hotel? Absolutely. I will certainly use it again next time Im back in Newcastle. But its such a shame that it isnt as good as it could be and should be.
