Would definitely go back
We were delighted with our recent two night stay at the Fox Hotel and Suites. It was everything we were looking for - clean, quiet, comfortable and of a good standard. The complimentary breakfast selection was good.

Clean and comfortable with good location
Arrived the night before a big road race in Banff so the place was packed. Staff at the desk and at breakfast were on top of everything though. Very nice buffet breakfast including DIY waffles. Excellent with the range of fruit available. Didn’t try the restaurant in the evening but lots of places to choose from in Banff. Only downside: a little pricey for the size of room. We stayed the following few days at the Fairmont in Jasper. Maybe we were lucky with the deal we got, but a far bigger room and at a cheaper rate.
Sushi restaurant in downtown Banff is perfect for lunch. Chef prepares the food in front of you and then places on a train for you to help yourself. Good food and good value. Indian restaurant in downtown Banff is excellent too. Sorry - can’t remember the name of either of these...

Wonderful hotel!
Great check-in service with friendly person. Free underground parking. Hotel room was quite cozy with fireplace (not really needed at the time we were staying but still nice), kitchenette. Hot good shower. Bed comfortable. Pillows are very thick and high so if you like to sleep low consider asking for lower ones. Free breakfast is unremarkable but it is continental- good biscuits. Paid a little per day to get an upgrade at check in- thought is was worth it. Overall great experience. Can link spa services at sister hotel and several restaurants with your hotel bill.
