Not good at all
I spent one week in this hotel and I was totally dissatisfied. Room was entered despite ’do not disturb " tag on the door", cleaning service limited to room itself ( did not look at the balcony). Glass sitting on the hollway for days and finally they did not wake me up for my 6 am flight home.

Very bad
Would you be happy with hotel if they did not wake you up for 6:oo am flight back home ? This is what happened to me hope will not happen to you because you will not stay there. Other than that: 1) They entered my room despite " no disturb tag on the door" 2) Room dirty, never emptied ashtray on the balcony. 3)Glass siting on the hallway for days. 4) No internet access despite post on the web. 5) Service not up to Eu or US standarts. for example I was talking to front desk person, other person jumps with question in the middle of your sentence and .... front desk person turns his attention to him . 6)balcony door never fixet despite paper work and three requests. It would take 10. minutes but nobody ever took a look on it.
Traveller's tip
1.Ramadan is no time to go there 2.Duty Free on the way out accepts only Euro ( no USD, no Tunisian dinars). 3’ Beach extremelly dirty, garbage camel excrements.
