Very Helpful-Our flight was delayed and they were very Accommodating.
A great base, basic accommodation, very clean, very helpful staff. Our flight was delayed and the reception was closed when we arrived, we phoned the contact number and an English speaking receptionist/duty manager came, opened up and allocated us our room. We could not fault the hotel as a central base for a quiet short break, in a lovely resort. Thank you to all the staff at Castillo Beach

Too small and dark
The complex was very large and difficult to find. Once we arrived it was very small for 4 people and very dark, which made our stay despressing. We also recieved bites from the dirty bed that we stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel.
