Pleasantly Surprised
Having stayed in many lodgings in Eugene over the years I believe this to be the best bang for the buck. The rooms were generously large and nicely appointed with great bathrooms. Serving a hot breakfast with adequate choices is a bonus and the location is central and easily accessable from all points. My only complaint was the low wattage of the bedside lamps which made it difficult to read in bed. But this is my new best place for lodging in Eugene.

Great Value
Everyone there was nice. Free brakfast can’t be beat. Bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, biscuits, gravy, bagels cereal you get. Great downtown area and next to river. Would stay again. Travel often all over the U.S. and was very satisfied.

Good (for Eugene!)
In a city that doesn’t have any top-end hotels this is probably about as good as it gets. But why the insistence on ice machines powered by jet engines on every floor. I’ve never actually seen anyone use an ice machine, yet they keep everyone nearby awake all night.
