Not a Four Star Hotel
This is most definitely not a four star hotel. The staff had a service mentality and reacted when necessary, however, the location of the hotel and the room facilities could not with any reasonable stretch of the imagination, be awarded this level of status. All rooms overlooked the main road and were noisy and dusty. Room balconies only received the sun in the mid / late afternoon and to take advantage you had to accommodate the noise from the traffic below. A decent three star hotel but not value for money with four star pricing.

Excellent service
The suites were a very good size with large balconies, and the hotel service was excellent. The staff behind reception ensured they knew your name and couldn’t have tried harder to be helpful. The pool was a good size, although it is in the shade in the evening, so head back mid-afternoon if you want to make full use of it! We will definitely use the hotel again if we return to Athens. It’s location is on the main strip to Glyfada (so have road noise on balcony) and it is only a 5 minute walk to all the shops, restuarants and bars. You can get a tram from just outside to take you into Glyfada or into Athens.
