Good Location and that is all..
Very poor service. The Upgraded bedroom did not even have a bath!! The clear glass windoes from the bedroom into the bathrooms are terrible. Visitost to you room for a drink can see you on the loo or even in the shower. What great design. Complain handled badly with a do-not-care attitude.

A chilling experience
Although weather was mild for an October wedding. The reception rooms were cold. I was sorry to see the bride hade to wear a cardigan. The air con. only blew cold air regardless of adjusting. breakfast self service on cold plates!

Quirky decor
Hotel receeption very helpful, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and cooked to order. Rooms very clean decor a bit quirky and the window looking from the room into the bathroom a bit strange. Excellent facilities at the leisure centre - everything in working order and nice and clean. Only disappointment was that main restuarant was closed on Sunday evenings but we were aware of this before booking.
