Don’t Take Traveller’s Checks
Hotel is large and modern. Morning bufett is huge and outstanding. It is well serviced and most of the front desk staff speak multiple languages. They have a very nice lounge and bar with entertainment. Only a couple of cautions. The hotel did not have any 110-120 V capability. Also, don’t take Traveller’s Checks to Greece. Only a handful of downtown banks will take the time to chase them. Then they charge rediculous transaction fees and go through a process that can take 30 minutes to cash the first check. Hotels and shops won’t even look at them. They are almost useless. Make sure you carefully protect your valueables, specially on the the crowded subways and buses. My party was targetted and lost a wallet with cash, credit cards, etc.

Comfort and Quality
I enjoyed the comfort and service at the President. The Staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were excellent.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Make sure you leave enough time at the end of your day to enjoy the Pool Club. A excellent time for a drink or a refreshing swim. The pool area is kept in execeelent condition.

ok but wouldn’t rush back
Stayed at the President on two day business trip, walked into room and thought I better close the window as significant noise from the road outside, found window was already closed!! Staff were polite, breakfast was fine, just too noisy - maybe I got unlucky with the room...
